- Led end-to-end design of a 0→1 enterprise system for making sense of complex, interconnected business assets, supporting exploration, comparison, and decision-making across hundreds of entities and workflows.
- Defined the system-level UX architecture to translate complex data models into operationally meaningful representations, aligning ambiguous executive intent with concrete user decision needs.
- Designed a semantic classification system (tag groups, CRUD flows, filters) where no prior structure existed, enabling users to move beyond time-based listings toward intentional navigation and exploratory reasoning.
Scalable AI Intelligence System
- Built an AI-driven feedback intelligence system that converts unstructured user responses into actionable operational signals, defining input quality constraints to ensure reliable downstream decision support.
- Redesigned the existing signal UI pattern and display logic to support product growth and scalability.
- Conducted prompt engineering for AI content generation and defined output rules to optimize legibility and visual representation.
Asset Navigation & Comparison
